Parking is available for purchase prior to events via ParkWhiz. All parking can be accessed via the Cross Island Parkway (cars only) Exits 26A, 26B, and 26D.

Purchasing parking ahead of time is preferred for all UBS Arena events.

• Pre-paid parking is on sale up to two hours before the event start time.
• Parking is not available for purchase in Diamond and Ruby Parking.
• General paid parking is available on event days at Emerald Parking, located off Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D.

Pending availability, arena guests have access to 5 parking areas:

• Emerald Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D
• Belmont Park Garage Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26A
• Silver Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
• Diamond Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
• Ruby Parking Car access only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)

Unfortunately, due to limited availability the Individual Game BMW Parking Program will not continue during the 23-24 NHL Playoffs.

The following vehicles are not permitted to occupy lined parking spaces:

• Limousines
• Buses
• Taxis/black car services/ride share drop-offs and pickups
• The lease with Empire State Development prohibits tailgating at UBS Arena.

Charter buses, limousines, and oversized vehicles should email [email protected] for arrival coordination and information, no less than 72 hours prior to an event.

Parking opens 3.5 hours prior to events and 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated.

We have designated parking available for guests with disabilities. We encourage guests to purchase parking in advance online.

Diamond Parking

There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible vans are available for transportation from Diamond Parking to the arena.

Emerald Parking

There are 36 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttle vans and buses, including two dedicated shuttle vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Emerald Parking to the Arena.

ADA-accessible shuttles will run on a regular schedule while parking areas are open. Parking opens 3.5 hours prior to events and closes 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that all guests with disabilities who park in the accessible parking spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on their vehicle.

Rideshare drop off and pick up location, in addition to the general drop off and pick up location, is accessed via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D only and is located on the north side of the arena.
